Mrs.Ruiz is someone who is kind, patient, shows dedication, and excellence in teaching, inspiring others and serving as a role model for educators. Mrs. Monroy was awarded Classified of the Year. Recognizing all her hard work in the Almond Community. She is always ensuring that parents, students, and staff are received with a warm welcome. She plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the school office. Thank you both for all you do.

Schools that effectively implement PBIS demonstrate a commitment to creating a positive school climate and culture.Each year, the California PBIS Coalition presents awards to schools that excel in implementing PBIS with fidelity and achieving positive outcomes for students. Receiving a California PBIS award is a significant accomplishment for schools, as it reflects their dedication to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for students, staff, and families.
